WORKING CONDITION: Good - Tonally this snare sounds incredible. The snare release works as intended. All the lugs tune correctly aside from the one with the broken claw hook. In all, everything is in good working condition. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Fair - There are some minor scuffs and dings around the shell and hardware. Some of the metal parts are slightly oxidized. The wooden shell is slightly warped as well. One of the claw hooks has broken off, see pics. The physical condition is fair.

We believe this is a Ludwig but not for sure. If anyone can identify the brand, model and year we'll update the listing.  

This item was part of Dennis Herrings' studio production arsenal at his Sweet Tea and DTLA Recording studios and was a routine favorite for recording by drummer Matt Chamberlain when he would do sessions at the studio.
