PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Sequential Prophet VS RAM Cartridge Model 240. The Sequential Circuits Prophet VS Model 240 RAM Cartridge is a dedicated expansion card for the legendary Prophet VS vector synthesizer. It expands the synth's memory by providing 100 program slots and storage for up to 32 user waveforms to complement its digital-analog hybrid architecture.

• Memory Capacity: Holds up to 100 Programs and 32 User Waveforms. 
• User-Programmability: Unlike the Model 241 ROM (Read-Only) Cartridge, the Model 240 RAM cart allows users to save and overwrite patches and waves directly from the Prophet VS. 
• Battery Back-up: Because it is RAM (Random Access Memory), it requires an internal battery to retain the saved data when unplugged from the synthesizer. 
• Compatibility: Fully compatible with both the keyboard and rackmount versions of the Prophet VS.
