WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. The iO and power jacks are properly connected, and the Strymon Zuma PSU is fully operational.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent- There is a scratch on the top of the board from being moved around, which can probably be buffed out if the user wishes. Other than this, the handle and latches are in fine condition, and the wood is beautiful. To our knowledge, our client ordered this new but never used it, it hasn't had any velcro or anything else attached or strapped to it.
