PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for an Echopark EPD-1 Delay Guitar Effects Pedal w/Box. The Echopark EPD-1 is a hand-made, boutique delay pedal designed to emulate the warm character of the vintage Echoplex Tape Delay. While it is often marketed or referred to as an "analog delay" due to its tonal qualities, its core design actually utilizes a hybrid digital-analog architecture to get the best of both worlds.

• The Hybrid Engine: It features a digitally generated delay path built around the popular PT2399 IC chip. This digital core handles the timing, while the surrounding audio path is entirely all-analog to preserve your core guitar tone.
• True Bypass: When switched off, the pedal utilizes a true bypass relay to keep your signal completely unaffected.
• Delay Range: The right-hand knob controls the echo delay time in milliseconds (MS), ranging from 30ms to 600ms.
• Studio-Grade Distortion Key: A graduation bar on the bottom of the enclosure maps out Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). The THD becomes noticeably tape-like beyond 350ms (crossing 1% distortion) and reaches up to 3.5% at maximum delay time, providing a useful visual reference for studio tracking.
• Controls:
  • REP: Controls the repeat generation/feedback loop.
  • MIX: Adjusts clean-to-delay saturation.
  • MS: Selects the exact delay time.
