PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Blankenship 2x10 Red Custom Guitar Combo Amplifier w/ padded dust cover.

"It is my version of an 18 watt Marshall, which is actually a Watkins Dominator circuit Marshall stole. Watkins never had an American marketing presence so every Watkins amp that is here is 240 volt. I use Mercury transformers and give the amp a "stiffer" power supply so when you dig into it, it can deliver. My version makes 20 watts. It is 2 EL84 power tubes and 3 12AX7's with an EZ81 tube rectifier. There is a 4-8-16 ohm impedance selector on the bottom of the chassis.  This amp is a clone of Colin Hay's (Men At Work) favorite amp that I built for him, he takes it on the road when he is out with Ringo's All-Star Band." -Roy Blankenship
