WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. This D12 sounds extremely robust, and its capsule has maintained a great low end throughout the years. This microphone has never been accurately reproduced by AKG or any other company, and recording with one is an experience all its own. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good. There are definite signs of normal use (see photos), but the capsule is well-preserved, and the chassis is in good solid and stable condition. The mic was serviced at some point, and the tech or studio that owned it previously "badged" it with a gold "G" on the front.
