WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - This is in excellent working condition. Sounds amazing, with a beautiful flexible decay and zero noise to the signal. It's in excellent working condition!

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Fair - The left side of the chassis is heavily deteriorated from water damage. It appears that the unit was stored on its side, perhaps in a basement or garage, where it was exposed to some water and thus is it deteriorated. Currently it very dried out and stable. Great candidate for a simple restoration of the tolex as the structural integrity is very good and the electronics are in great shape. 

The original handle has been removed as the leather broke. A nice replacement is included. The power transformer is not original to this unit. The control panel is peppered with some oxidation. Everything else is still solidly built and in great shape.  The overall physical condition is very good and certainly worth restoring, but being that there is water damage to the tolex and wood on the one side has us giving it a fair rating.
