WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - This is in excellent working condition. The unit sounds great, and the dampener works very effectively. Lots of useful parameters to tweak on the front of the plate chassis, all of which are fully functional. The remote dampener is working as well. This is in excellent working condition.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - There are only a couple of small scratches on the plate chassis and some light smudges here and there. Overall this is in excellent physical condition.

SHIPPING:  We have packing and shipping instructions given to us by the manufacturer, but with that, shipping by UPS Ground still present possible rough handling or some level of unpredictable positioning of the box while in transit. It would be preferable to ship this unit in a fixed vertical position on a pallet by freight. This will escalate the shipping cost but get much closer to ensuring a safe delivery. We also could look into the cost to have a private "white glove" shipper handle the delivery which is the best way to go.
